In Webscope, we’re continuing our growth and looking for a creative marketing professional to join our team. Position
We’re looking for a creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us build our brand, manage social media communication, and create engaging content.
We’re searching for someone who not only plans and publishes posts, but also actively sources materials, films, takes photos, edits videos, and brings fresh ideas to the table.
Part of the role includes working with reach and engagement metrics, tracking performance, and finding new ways to improve our communication.
You won’t be on your own – you’ll work closely with our developers and designers, using their content and collaborating on topics, while also coming up with your own ideas.
As Social Media & Marketing Specialist you will
- Manage and develop our LinkedIn, Instagram, Website management, and other.
- Create and publish posts (text, photos, graphics, videos, reels).
- Actively photograph and film content both in the office and at events.
- Edit and produce videos for social media.
- Source materials for blog writing and collaborate on content preparation.
- Monitor reach and engagement (track metrics, optimize content).
- Communicate closely with the team and coordinate content creation.
- Bring your own ideas to take our communication and marketing to the next level.
You should have
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Ability to take photos and shoot short videos.
- Creativity and a good eye for both text and visuals (basic graphic skills – Canva, Figma are a plus).
- Proactive attitude, independence, and responsibility – ownership of your work.
- English language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).
Skills nice to have
Knowledge of online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), copywriting, and familiarity with the IT/tech environment. Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
