Python/Django Developer
A few words about the job position
In Webscope, we are continuing our growth and are looking for Python/Django developers to join our team.
Projects
We work on-demand for various clients, mostly across Europe, whether they are well-established enterprises or fresh start-ups (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Germany, USA).
At the same time, we are also focusing on building our own internal projects, where we can learn new things and explore technical horizons. In 2025, we decided to direct our focus on several open-source projects in order to thank and give back to the OSS community for the resources it has saved us in the past years! #oss
Therefore, we will always do our best to find a perfect project for you, based on your skills and technical or personal preferences.
Code Quality & Processes
We also pay close attention to code quality. We write proper documentation (TRD, PRD), unit tests, and mandatory PR reviews. Our teams are mostly on-site, so they can interact closely together. We try to run efficient meetings on time, and we write daily stand-ups instead of having meetings.
Position
Currently, we are looking to onboard a Python/Django engineer for a US-based client.
You should have
- Strong knowledge of Python and Django
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable REST or GraphQL APIs
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and ORM best practices

- Experience with TypeScript or frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js
- Interest in AI-first development (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.)

Sharing your Github or Stack Overflow profile is never a bad idea.
What we offer
- Real projects for international clients where your work makes an impact
- A genuine say in decision-making and product direction
- Opportunities to experiment with AI-first development
- A friendly and open company culture with plenty of shared activities (sports, console gaming, movie nights, table football, teambuilding events, shared breakfasts…)
