Recruiting Specialist

A few words about the job position

With new projects on the horizon, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to build a steady hiring process. We need your help to talk to software developer candidates and show them what kind of opportunities they could get when joining our team.

As Recruiting Specialist you will

  • Unify our hiring strategy across all channels
  • Manage and update open positions
  • Source talent across channels
  • Create and manage a database of potential leads
  • Communicate with candidates and guide them through the interview process
  • Closely cooperate with our senior developers (using hire.dev software)
  • Keep tabs on candidate life-cycle and convey information inside the company

You should have

  • Great written and spoken English (professional working proficiency)
  • Stellar communication and organization skills
  • Proactivity – don’t be afraid of bringing new ideas to the table
  • Advanced interpersonal skills

Skills nice to have

  • Previous experience with HR, recruiting, or talent sourcing
  • Basic understanding of technologies used in software development
