Work experience

Dan gained valuable knowledge from the university and during his internship. He usually writes code in JavaScript (TypeScript) and his preferred libraries are React and Redux. Dan also attended some world conferences such as Firebase Summit. 

Studies

Dan is finishing his master's degree at Masaryk University at the Faculty of Informatics. During his studies, he did a short internship at IBA, where he worked as a Java developer. He devoted his Bachelor thesis to bio.tools and gained Dean’s award for it. 

Free time

Dan fills up his free time with many activities. He has recently taken up cooking, enjoys playing computer & board games and also likes discovering new bands and music. You can also catch him reading his favourite magazine - National Geographic, or books written by H.P. Lovecraft and J. R. R. Tolkien.
